Terms of Service
1. Scope
These Terms of Service govern the use of Moonify services, deliverables, websites, and related communications. By engaging Moonify, you agree to these terms unless superseded by a signed master services agreement.
2. Services
Moonify provides AI infrastructure, automation architecture, data systems, and product engineering services for business clients. Project scope, timelines, and deliverables are defined in written proposals, statements of work, or service agreements.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate requirements, timely approvals, lawful data access, and authorized credentials required to perform the agreed work.
4. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, each party retains ownership of its pre-existing intellectual property. Rights to project-specific deliverables transfer according to the applicable signed agreement and payment terms.
5. Confidentiality
Moonify and its clients agree to maintain the confidentiality of non-public business, technical, and operational information shared during the engagement.
6. Warranties and Liability
Services are provided on a professional best-effort basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Moonify disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement in accordance with contract terms. Fees for work performed up to termination remain payable.
